Total Community Action, Inc. as the fiduciary agent for the City of New Orleans, NOLA Youth Works Summer Employment Programs has issued a Request for Proposals for the NOLA Youth Corps. TCA in collaboration with the City NOLA Youth Works seeks to fund organizations which have the capacity to design, implement and coordinate education and career development programs with a community based service learning component. Due to the quick timeline regarding the summer program, NOLA Youth Works is interested in quick start projects that have an existing infrastructure that enhances the mission of NOLA Youth Works.
