Total Community Action, Inc. Community and Energy
Service Department Crisis / Disconnect Notices Walk-in’s
services will be closed on Thursday, November 15, 2018
due to the City of New Orleans has activated its freeze
plan in anticipation of cold weather. The plan is activated
when temperatures are expected to drop below 35
degrees for more than four hours. Residents and visitors
are advised to take precautions during cold weather.

Also, CRISIS funds have been exhausted. TCA will
resume Crisis / Disconnect Notices Walk-in’s services
soon as funding becomes available.

8609 Monday – Thursday 8:00 am -6:00 pm and Friday
8:00 -4:30.
