TCA LIHEAP SERVICES ARE NOW OPEN
- TCA is now accepting eligible clients on a walk-in basis, for the month of February through March 8, 2019; Walk-in customers will be serviced at 8:00 am until all available slots are filled.
- All appointments for both CRISIS AND NON-CRISIS will be scheduled by using TCA’s new automated appointment system. (effective March 8)
- Beginning March 8, 2019 the TCA LIHEAP appointment line will be available and open for customers to call in and schedule an appointment on 504-324-8609.
- Tuesday March 5, 2019 is an agency approved Mardi Gras holiday.
- In addition, appointments can also be scheduled on the TCA website by clicking on the tca-nola.organd clicking on the LIHEAP appointment section.
