TOTAL COMMUNITY ACTION, INC (TCA) HEAD START CENTERS AND
SERVICES WILL BE OPEN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2018
All TCA services, including TCA operated Head Start Centers and services will be
open on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, but will close at 3:00p.m.; to allow all children,
clients ad staff to get home before the winds and heavy rains predicted associated with
