Job Development Center
The Job Development Center (JDC) strives to achieve the perfect marriage between employer and employee. The JDC guides an individual from our application process to job referrals for the possibility of job placement. Services are primarily designed from New Orleans displaced residents. If you apply online with your resume at TCA's JDC website for employment (email Curtis Jones at cjones@tca-nola.org) you must still visit the office with an updated resume, two forms of identification (one must be an official picture and the other may be a social security card).
We offer services through our partner agencies in soft skills training, on-the-job training, case management and transportation.
Program eligibility requirements are:
- Customer must be 18 years or older
- Must reside within Orleans Parish
- Unemployed or underemployed, and
- Family income must be below the 125% of the low income standards as defined by Community Services Block Grant.
