Total Community Action, Inc. (TCA), a New Orleans-based community action agency dedicated to eradicating the social and economic conditions that perpetuate poverty, is conducting a nation-wide search for a President and CEO to lead the Agency to and through the next stage of its organizational development, which must be marked by increased resources, capacity and operational efficiency. The Agency seeks a skilled, innovative, dynamic leader whose qualities and personal attributes will enhance the Agency's visibility and image in the community and amongst funders so as to insure that the Agency accomplishes all of its goals and expands upon the breath and depth of its favorable impact on the City. Successful applicants will bring ten (10) years or more of senior management experience with a not-for-profit organization, with a preference for leadership experience in a community action agency.
